New teaser trailer released for Iran film ‘Appendix’

New trailer for Iran film ‘Appendix’ has released on the second day of public screening across Iranian theaters.

Appendix’ depicts a social theme which narrates daily social events. The story occurs in a hospital; the particular location reminiscent of anxiety and stress, narrating problems in the society.  

The movie's cast includes Anahita Nemati, Amir Ali Danaei, Reza Akbarpour, Pardis Manouchehri and Marjan Momeni.

In its first international appearance, ‘Appendix’ succeeded to receive Best Screenplay Award from the main competition section of the 41st edition of the Montreal World Film Festival in Canada.

Hossein Namazi’s ‘Appendix’ and ‘Privacy’ directed by Ahmad Moazzami started public screenings in Iranian cinemas on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.

The Mellat Cineplex in Tehran also hosted a private screening of movie ‘Appendix’ in the presence of Iranian artists.

Roya Teymourian, Leila Otadi, Hossein Mehri, Ziaeddin Dorri, Maryam Kaviani, Mona Farjad, Sogol Tahmasebi, Melika Sharifinia, Ali Roueintan, Mohammad Hamzei, Rama Qavidel and Ali Mollaqolipour were among the artists that participated at the ceremony.
